Detailed Itinerary – Migration Adventure
Day 1
Arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport
Arrival can take place at any time of the day though we would recommend from noon onwards for guaranteed hotel check-in. Upon arrival, your private safari guide / vehicle will be waiting to pick you up and transfer you to your overnight hotel which is about 1 hour drive.
Dinner on own arrangement. Overnight at THE AFRICAN TULIP HOTEL. (Bed & Breakfast basis)

Day 2
Depart for Tarangire National Park –3 Hrs drive
After breakfast at 0800 hrs, you will be picked up from your hotel and depart for Tarangire National Park which is known to boast the largest herds of elephants in East & Central Africa!! Arrival at your camp in time for lunch. This park is home to Lion, leopard, Hyena, herds of Elephant, tree climbing python, Oryx, hartebeest, zebra, Buffalo, Gazelles. Over 500 species of birds have been recorded to include red-billed quellea, kori bustard and ostrich. Baobab Trees are everywhere in the park. Afternoon game drive in Tarangire National Park at your Convenience. Dinner and overnight at TARANGIRE BALLOON CAMP. (Full board basis)

Day 3
Full day in Tarangire National Park
Full day game drives at your convenience – you may carry packed lunches so as to enjoy full day game drive IF you wish. Herds of up to 300 elephants scratch the dry river bed for underground streams, while migratory wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, impala, gazelle, hartebeest and eland crowd the shrinking lagoons. It’s the greatest concentration of wildlife outside the Serengeti ecosystem – a smorgasbord for predators – and the one place in Tanzania where dry-country antelope such as the stately fringe-eared oryx and peculiar long-necked gerenuk are regularly observed. Meals and overnight at TARANGIRE BALLOON CAMP. (Full board basis)

Day 4
Depart for Lake Manyara National Park – 3 Hrs drive
Early morning game drive and breakfast. At about 0900 hrs begin your drive to Manyara National Park famously known for its tree climbing lions. Arrival at your camp in time for lunch. Afternoon at your convenience. Dinner and overnight at KIRURUMU TENTED CAMP. (Full board basis)

Day 5
Depart for Ndutu – In Ngorongoro Conservation Area – 3.5 hrs drive
Early breakfast at your camp and check-out. At about 0730 hrs depart after breakfast for Ndutu Area in Ngorongoro Conservation Area to arrive at your lodge in time for lunch. Afternoon game drive at your convenience. Dinner and overnight at NDUTU SAFARI LODGE. (Full board basis)

Day 6 – 8
Full days in Ndutu
This region is commonly referred to as Southern Serengeti though officially located on the Northern part of Ngorongoro Conservation. This trip has been designed to coincide with the calving of the wildebeest that takes place in this region from end of December / beginning of January to end of March / beginning of April. With some luck you will get to witness this great phenomenon!! You will be provided with extensive game drives in the reserve with vehicle & guide at your disposal throughout the day. All meals and overnight at NDUTU SAFARI LODGE. (Full board basis)

Day 9
Depart for Serengeti National Park (Seronera / central Area) 2 Hrs drive
After a full 04 days of adventure and unforgettable memories in Ndutu we are now ready to explore the Serengeti Plains. Depart after breakfast and drive towards the world famous Serengeti National Park. Arrive at your camp in time for lunch. After lunch you can opt to relax or take on an afternoon game drive, as mentioned we provide UNLIMITED game drives at all times! Dinner and overnight at EMBALAKAI TENTED CAMP. (Full board basis)

Day 10 – 11
Full days in Serengeti National Park (Seronera / central Area)
Enjoy two full days in the Central Serengeti with unlimited game drives. Serengeti is one of the most unique wilderness areas of the world, fantastic in its natural beauty and unequalled in its scientific value. This park is a vast expanse of land with a large concentration of plains animals. It also contains a wide variety of bird-life inhabiting a diversity of habitat and vegetation. One of the most unique remarkable scenes is the annual migration of wildebeest, zebras, giraffe, gazelle, buffalo and other plains animals. All meals and overnight at EMBALAKAI TENTED CAMP. Day 12
Depart for Ngorongoro Conservation Area – 3.5 Hrs drive
Early morning game drive and breakfast. Enjoy another game drive as you exit the park to arrive at your lodge for lunch at Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge. The lodge is located at the Crater rim, a perfect location to enjoy the crater view from any point at the lodge. Enjoy relaxing by the pool over-looking the crater or you can also do various activities like nature walks, cycling etc which can all be arranged at the hotel reception at an extra minimum cost. Dinner and overnight at NGORONGORO SOPA LODGE – Full board

Day 13
Full day in Ngorongoro Conservation Area
After breakfast descend for the crater floor with packed lunch for extensive game drives. This protected area is located in the Great Rift Valley and is also known as the eighth wonder of the world. The Crater actually is a gigantic fracture of the earth’s crust. The magnificent landscape consists of volcanoes, mountains, plains, lakes, forests and archaeological sites. At 1600 meters altitude the bottom of the Crater (265 km square), dotted with watering holes, offers shelter to almost 30.000 animals in an area naturally enclosed by the slopes of the volcano. The Crater elephants are strangely, mainly bulls. All meals and overnight at NGORONGORO SOPA LODGE – Full board basis

Day 14
Drive back to Kilimanjaro International Airport & departure
Wake up to the crater view, and after a leisure breakfast at your lodge begin the drive back to Arusha via scenic landscape and onwards transfer to Kilimanjaro International Airport. You can have a short stop-over in Arusha for lunch time allowing.A warm goodbye from your guide as you depart back home taking with you the unforgettable memories….!!
